目的:探索运动应激对人体外周血T-淋巴细胞膜Na^+-K^+泵和转换功能的影响及其与运动性高乳酸和高K^+血症的关系。方法:非体育专业男大学生,空腹,以200 W蹬车2 min,间歇5 min,重复运动至极度疲劳。检测运动前、运动后即刻和运动后3 h血清K^+和血乳酸(BLA)浓度、人体外周血T-Na^+-K^+泵活性和T-淋巴细胞转换指数(T-LTI)。结果:在运动后即刻T-Na^+-K^+泵和T-LTI分别下降至运动前的35%和31%(P<0.001),血清K^+和BLA浓度增加幅度分别达运动前的46%和314%(P<0.001),经3 h休息,T-Na^+-K^+泵活性和T-LTI仍明显低于运动前,但血清K^+和BLA浓度基本恢复;BLD和血清K^+分别与T-Na^+-K^+泵和T-LTI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:运动应激时T-Na^+-K^+泵活性和T-LTI下降,运动性高血K^+和高乳酸血症对细胞免疫功能有一定抑制作用。

목적:탐색운동응격대인체외주혈T-림파세포막Na^+-K^+빙화전환공능적영향급기여운동성고유산화고K^+혈증적관계。방법:비체육전업남대학생,공복,이200 W등차2 min,간헐5 min,중복운동지겁도피로。검측운동전、운동후즉각화운동후3 h혈청K^+화혈유산(BLA)농도、인체외주혈T-Na^+-K^+빙활성화T-림파세포전환지수(T-LTI)。결과:재운동후즉각T-Na^+-K^+빙화T-LTI분별하강지운동전적35%화31%(P<0.001),혈청K^+화BLA농도증가폭도분별체운동전적46%화314%(P<0.001),경3 h휴식,T-Na^+-K^+빙활성화T-LTI잉명현저우운동전,단혈청K^+화BLA농도기본회복;BLD화혈청K^+분별여T-Na^+-K^+빙화T-LTI정부상관(P<0.05)。결론:운동응격시T-Na^+-K^+빙활성화T-LTI하강,운동성고혈K^+화고유산혈증대세포면역공능유일정억제작용。
The purpose of this study was to explore effect of exercise stress on the T-lymphocyte membrane's Na^+-K^+-pumps (T-Na^+-K^+ P) and T-LTI, and the relationship with the blood lactic acid (BLA) and the serum K^+ of high concentration. Male undergraduates of non-physical education major did exercise continuously for 2min, rested for 5min on 200 watts treadmill, repeating to deep fatigue under empty stomach. Serum Concentration of K^+ , Lactic Acid, T-Na^+-K^+P and T-lymphocyte transformation index (T-LTI) were detected before exercise and 0min, 3h post exercise. The result shows that after exercise 0min, the activity of T- Na^+-K^+ P and T-LTI decreased the level of 35% and 31% of that before exercise respectively,while the increase range of BLA and K^+ in the serum concentration reached 314% and 46% before exercise respectively. After three hours rest, the activity of T-Na^+-K^+P and T- LTI was not completely to recover to normal level, but the BLA and the serum K^+ got basic recovery. T-Na^+-K^+P and T-LTI had negative correlation with BLA and K^+ respectively. T- LTI had positive correlation with T-Na^+-K^+ P. Conclusion: The activity of T-Na^+-K^+P and T-LTI decreased, BLA and the serum K^+ of high concentration had certain inhibition on the cellar immunity function during exercise stress.
