濮与孟高棉虽为异源，但这两大族群在历史的发展中形成了复杂的族际关系，濮与孟高棉相融合形成闽濮，同时濮和盂高棉分别与氐羌、百越族群相交融，但两者在融合的程度上有明显差异，孟高棉语民族与百越族群的交融具有直接性特点，与氐羌族群的交融具有间接性和有限性的特点。
濮與孟高棉雖為異源，但這兩大族群在歷史的髮展中形成瞭複雜的族際關繫，濮與孟高棉相融閤形成閩濮，同時濮和盂高棉分彆與氐羌、百越族群相交融，但兩者在融閤的程度上有明顯差異，孟高棉語民族與百越族群的交融具有直接性特點，與氐羌族群的交融具有間接性和有限性的特點。
복여맹고면수위이원，단저량대족군재역사적발전중형성료복잡적족제관계，복여맹고면상융합형성민복，동시복화우고면분별여저강、백월족군상교융，단량자재융합적정도상유명현차이，맹고면어민족여백월족군적교융구유직접성특점，여저강족군적교융구유간접성화유한성적특점。
Though different in origin, the Pu and the Menggaomian ethnic peoples have developed complex relations during the long history. The Pu integrated with the Menggaomian to form the Min Pu. Meanwhile, the Pu and the Menggaomian respectively integrated with the Di Qiang and the Bai Yue, with distinctions in the extent of integra-tion. The people speaking Menggaomian language integrated immediately with the Bai Yue but indirectly limitedly with the Di Qiang.
