The design and development of network course has become more and more mature.Yet, we still nee-d build them more scientifically and effectually. This paper introduces the course＇s support in theory, two-sided struct-ural frame, and pivotal technology about the design and development process of high normal school＇s network course of educational technology＇s common course and analyse its applied effects with experimentation.
