Under the circumstances when quantity plays a dominate role in assessment system, more and more concern has been given to improving the quality of achievements in scientific research. To enhance the quality of achievements in scientific research, we should adhere to scientific concept of development, build a heterogeneous environment for scientific research, encourage field investigations and lay emphasis on application of scientific research achievements.
