本文针对目前我国信息工程监理对质量、进度、投资的控制缺乏科学有效的评价体系，提出了一种基于多目标决策理论的方法，将监理目标逐级细化建模，利用多目标决策理论对其求解，得到对监理过程中备选方案的科学评价，并通过案例进行实证。
本文針對目前我國信息工程鑑理對質量、進度、投資的控製缺乏科學有效的評價體繫，提齣瞭一種基于多目標決策理論的方法，將鑑理目標逐級細化建模，利用多目標決策理論對其求解，得到對鑑理過程中備選方案的科學評價，併通過案例進行實證。

A method of information system surveillance modeling and analysis based on multi-objective decision theory was introduced to improve the situation without effective means of quality, schedule and investment control during the process of information system surveillance. According to different levels, a surveillance decision model is established through separating the surveillance objective to many subobjectives, and the objective will be achieved by using the multi-objective decision theory. Finally, the effective evaluation of each optional scheme will be produced in the surveillance process. In this paper, the method will be illuminated through a real case.
