Web2.0 has provided a lot of social network technology. It has become the new media for university students to acquire knowledge and disseminate information rapidly, and has enabled the students to have a platform where they may make use of the media to express their thoughts. Media development represented by web2.0 and the dissemination method diversification inevitably set a higher request to the student media literacy. The university media literacy education must be clear about the education's goal, content, and analyzing teaching method, and at the same time it must be connected with other disciplines, develops media literacy education method, enhances media literacy education practice and speeds up training teachers.
