In order to keep up with the development of technology and satisfy consumers＇ requirement,the technology of digital services has been widely used in the process of constructing digital academic libraries at home or in broad.By analyzing composing principle and application of the factors of the digital services,the paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing digital services in three aspects.
