企业的边界理论很好地说明了企业与市场的替代关系，但却对现实中企业复杂的扩展行为与成长现象解释乏力。其实企业的边界、扩展与成长，每个概念都有其独特的内涵，并都代表着一种研究视角与理论假定。本文通过对3个概念的比较分析，对企业的主体性、企业演化成长的动力、阻力与经济效率等一些基本问题进行了梳理与研究，以期能够对企业成长理论有一个较为全面的阐述。
企業的邊界理論很好地說明瞭企業與市場的替代關繫，但卻對現實中企業複雜的擴展行為與成長現象解釋乏力。其實企業的邊界、擴展與成長，每箇概唸都有其獨特的內涵，併都代錶著一種研究視角與理論假定。本文通過對3箇概唸的比較分析，對企業的主體性、企業縯化成長的動力、阻力與經濟效率等一些基本問題進行瞭梳理與研究，以期能夠對企業成長理論有一箇較為全麵的闡述。

The theory of firm boundary succeeded explain the substitution between the firm and market, but it faced more difficult to illuminate the complexity phenomena about the growth and expansion of the firm in ＂real world＂ .the boundary, expansion and growth of the firm, each concept has a unique meaning and different research start and presumption. This study make comparative analysis of there concept, in order to deeply discuss some basic issues about the deputation of the firm, the motive and resistance of the firm evolution and growth and economic efficiency of the firm. As a result, we want to redigest the theory of firm growth.
