马克思人学理想的批判性建构的理论背景是人的社会本质理论，基于在资本主义片面人性批判基础上提出的全面人性论是其理论前提，而自由个性的培育则构成这个理论的实践指向。而且，在马克思的视阈中，批判性建构只是其手段，其最终目的是实现自由全面发展的新人。马克思的这一思想对社会主义和谐社会的构建具有清晰的理论指引意义。

Not just as what existentialism calls, manology is not absent in Marx＇s theory. On the contrary, Marx＇s theory contains a wealth of thought of manology, which has some kind of affirmative idealism. One trait of Marx＇s ideality of manology is that he constructed the theory of essence of man on the basis of criticizing the predecessors＇ theories. Its theoretical background is the theory of natural essence of man. Its theoretical precondition is the comprehensive theory of human nature, based on the one-sided criticism of capitalism. Its orientation in practice is cultivation of free in means, and to fulfill dividuality. In Marx＇s scope, the construction of a new theory is just a the free and all-around development of individuals is the ultimate concern. There is internal coherence between fulfilling the ideality of manology and building a harmonious society in Marx＇s scope. It will theoretically promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society, in which we are now living.
