两宋时期，长江下游地区圩田开发在以往的基础上进一步迅速发展。人们在圩田开发利用过程中，因为争水、排涝、抢占河湖滩地，以及对陂湖的恣意破坏等因素，产生了诸多水事纠纷。这些纠纷主要有地主与农民之间、官府与民间以及圩际之间等类型。面对各种水事纠纷，两宋政府采取了相应的对策，并取得一定的成效。
兩宋時期，長江下遊地區圩田開髮在以往的基礎上進一步迅速髮展。人們在圩田開髮利用過程中，因為爭水、排澇、搶佔河湖灘地，以及對陂湖的恣意破壞等因素，產生瞭諸多水事糾紛。這些糾紛主要有地主與農民之間、官府與民間以及圩際之間等類型。麵對各種水事糾紛，兩宋政府採取瞭相應的對策，併取得一定的成效。
량송시기，장강하유지구우전개발재이왕적기출상진일보신속발전。인문재우전개발이용과정중，인위쟁수、배로、창점하호탄지，이급대피호적자의파배등인소，산생료제다수사규분。저사규분주요유지주여농민지간、관부여민간이급우제지간등류형。면대각충수사규분，량송정부채취료상응적대책，병취득일정적성효。
During the northern and southern Song dynasties, the tapping of the enclosed lands has been developed quickly in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. In the process of tapping and using these enclosed lands, a series of aquatic disputes arises due to vicious factors such as fighting for more water supply, draining of flooded fields, scrambling for more areas and intended destroying lakes and rivers. These disputes could be divided into that between landlords and peasants, government and common folks, and that among the enclosed areas. Confronted with these disputes ,the Song dynasties adopt some active measures and consequently re- markable effects have been achieved.
