正确认识国家能源安全利益是确立我国能源安全战略、政策的前提和基础。我国能源安全的高度重要现实利益是以新能源安全观为基础的石油供应安全；高度重要战略利益是提高石油生产能力和加强替代能源研究，实现能源供需平衡；重要现实利益是减少能源对环境的影响，优化能源结构；重要战略利益是发展可再生能源，实现能源的可持续安全使用。
正確認識國傢能源安全利益是確立我國能源安全戰略、政策的前提和基礎。我國能源安全的高度重要現實利益是以新能源安全觀為基礎的石油供應安全；高度重要戰略利益是提高石油生產能力和加彊替代能源研究，實現能源供需平衡；重要現實利益是減少能源對環境的影響，優化能源結構；重要戰略利益是髮展可再生能源，實現能源的可持續安全使用。
정학인식국가능원안전이익시학립아국능원안전전략、정책적전제화기출。아국능원안전적고도중요현실이익시이신능원안전관위기출적석유공응안전；고도중요전략이익시제고석유생산능력화가강체대능원연구，실현능원공수평형；중요현실이익시감소능원대배경적영향，우화능원결구；중요전략이익시발전가재생능원，실현능원적가지속안전사용。
It is the base for China to establish energy security strategy and policies to understand correctly its national interests in energy security. There are several points to be discussed in this paper： Firstly, according to the new concept of energy security, the oil supply security is the base for the most important realistic interests; Secondly, it is the extremely important strategic interest to increase oil production capacity and to enforce the researches on substitute energy, and eventually to achieve the balance between energy supply and demand; Thirdly, it is the important realistic interest to diminish the harm on environment and to optimize the energy structure; Lastly, it is the important strategic interest to develop the renewable energies to achieve sustainable use of energy.
