With the implementation of the ＂Government Procurement Law of the People＇ s Republic of China＂, the method of government procurement is adopted in the books procurement of academic libraries. This paper explores the positivity and existing deficiency of the bidding of academic libraries＇ books procurement and gives some suggestion. 5 refs.
