技术核心能力是高技术企业形成持续竞争优势的源泉，也是其成长的主要动力。本文在分析技术核心能力形成的模式与演进路径的基础上，对技术核心能力演进各能力阶段的含义及特征进行了探讨，并结合企业生命周期理论，分析了不同层次的技术能力及其对高技术企业成长不同阶段的作用机制，认为技术核心能力演进推动了高技术企业不断成长与发展。

Technological core competence is the source of sustainable competitive advantages and the main growth motive of high-tech enterprises. On the basic of analyzing the formation model of technological core competence and its evolutionary path, this paper makes a recommendation on the definition and feature of different technological core competence stage. In addition, the paper studies the functional mechanism of different technological capability level in different growth stage of high-tech enterprises with the life cycle theory. According to the analysis, evolution of the technological core competence promotes the high-tech enterprises to grow and develop.
