以河南省HA市、HB县和HC县34个村的326个农户调查数据为基础，探讨了当前农村劳动力培训中存在的问题，针对如何培育新型农民，提出创新培训理念、细分培训对象，使培训由政府主导的“强制型”向“诱致型”转变。

이하남성HA시、HB현화HC현34개촌적326개농호조사수거위기출，탐토료당전농촌노동력배훈중존재적문제，침대여하배육신형농민，제출창신배훈이념、세분배훈대상，사배훈유정부주도적“강제형”향“유치형”전변。
Basing on the investigation on 326 households of 34 villages in HA city, HB and HC counties of Henan province, the article discussed the current problems in rural laborers-training. In addition, directing at how to create the new type of farmers, the article put forward the suggestions as followings, innovating conception; classifying the training objects, transferring the train oriented by the government from the type of ＂compulsion＂ to ＂induction＂.
