目前高职院校人文教育还十分缺乏，高职学生人文素质难以提高，对此必须从人文教育缺失的现状加以分析，从人文教育的重要性入手，对高职院校人文教育体系进行改革和创新，才能保证高职教育目标的实现，培养出德才兼备、社会需要的应用型人才。

목전고직원교인문교육환십분결핍，고직학생인문소질난이제고，대차필수종인문교육결실적현상가이분석，종인문교육적중요성입수，대고직원교인문교육체계진행개혁화창신，재능보증고직교육목표적실현，배양출덕재겸비、사회수요적응용형인재。
Nowadays, humanities education has not taken the importance place in higher vocational colleges. As a result, it is difficult to promote the humanity quality of students. To realize the education target of higher vocational college and cultivate high-quality professional students, it is important to analyze the current situation of the humanities education, and innovate the humanity education system of higher vocational colleges.
