通过对秀珍菇原生质体的分离与再生的影响因素的试验研究,表明以0.6M甘露醇为渗稳剂用1%纤维素酶+1%蜗牛酶,30℃酶解3~4小时原生质体产生最高,原生质体再生则以0.6M甘露醇或0.6M蔗糖为渗稳剂较好。

Through the experiments on the facts which affect the isolation and regeneration of Pleurotus comucopiae (Paul.:Pers.)Rolland protoplast, the result shows that the rate of protoplast was produced to the top by means of osmotic stabilizer of 0.6 M annitol, 1% cellulose and 1% novozyme, after 3-4 hours with 30℃. And it turns out that 0.6 annitol or 0.6 sucrose is used as osmotic stabilizer to make protoplast regeneration.
