本文通过追踪研究欧洲及美国大学医学图书馆科技文献的资源建设10年来的发展，以资对我国医学图书馆的建设有所借鉴，并结合我国大学医学图书馆的建设发展和应用实际，提出和探讨了对我国医学图书馆资源建设和发展的参考性建议。

본문통과추종연구구주급미국대학의학도서관과기문헌적자원건설10년래적발전，이자대아국의학도서관적건설유소차감，병결합아국대학의학도서관적건설발전화응용실제，제출화탐토료대아국의학도서관자원건설화발전적삼고성건의。
A detailed introduction on development of information resource constraction for several cases of university medical libraries in Europe and America has been given. In order for China medical libraries＇s professionals to learn the European Union and American experience and lessons in both policy and technology, We discussed the issues of current construction and practice in several cases of abroad medical libraries as well as Chinese medical library, and indicated the way to build medical digital resource and the enlightenment for China medical libraries.
