我国宪政建设的基本路径应当是：完善现行宪法,从政治宪法走向宪政宪法;建立完善的违宪审查制度,从宪法实施的制度缺位走向制度保障;坚持和改善党的领导,从党领导下的宪政走向宪政体制下的党的领导;更新公民宪法观念,从权力本位观念走向权利本位观念。

아국헌정건설적기본로경응당시：완선현행헌법,종정치헌법주향헌정헌법;건립완선적위헌심사제도,종헌법실시적제도결위주향제도보장;견지화개선당적령도,종당령도하적헌정주향헌정체제하적당적령도;경신공민헌법관념,종권력본위관념주향권리본위관념。
The basic way of construction of Chinese Constitutional government should be - Firstly we should consummate constitution from political constitution to Constitutional government constitution. Secondly construct the perfect censor system of irregularity from the system absent to guarantee. Thirdly , stick to and consummate the party＇ s lead. Fourthly renovate citizens＇ constitution concept, change and the concept of power standard to right standard.
