本文提出了电力客户信用等级评价体系模型的选取、评级指标设立和评分方法,按照倒U性指标、线性指标和定性指标的不同特性,结合评分函数以及指标权重,共设立了18项信用等级评价指标,该指标体系将对电力企业进行客户信用评级起到一定的参考作用。

This thesis puts forward the selection, rating index construction and rating method of credit rating evaluation system of electricity clients. Considering the different characteristics of contra - U index, linear index and qualitative index, as well as combine grading function with index weighting, we set up a system including 18 credit rating evaluation indices, which would perform as reference in the credit rating of electric power enterprises.
