和谐大学的根本特征是科学发展、和谐发展。构建和谐大学是大学以人为本的需要,是大学全面、协调、可持续发展的需要。以科学发展观统领和谐大学建设,必须促进大学发展与经济社会发展、师生利益、资源整合、结构调整、稳定等关系的和谐。
和諧大學的根本特徵是科學髮展、和諧髮展。構建和諧大學是大學以人為本的需要,是大學全麵、協調、可持續髮展的需要。以科學髮展觀統領和諧大學建設,必鬚促進大學髮展與經濟社會髮展、師生利益、資源整閤、結構調整、穩定等關繫的和諧。
화해대학적근본특정시과학발전、화해발전。구건화해대학시대학이인위본적수요,시대학전면、협조、가지속발전적수요。이과학발전관통령화해대학건설,필수촉진대학발전여경제사회발전、사생이익、자원정합、결구조정、은정등관계적화해。
The harmonious university＇s basic characteristic is scientific and harmonious developing. It needs humanism, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable developing to construct the harmonious university. Guiding the hamonious university construction by scientific outlook of development view, it must promote relational harmony between the university development and the economic society development, the teachers and students benefit, the resources conformity, the structure adjustment, stability, etc.
