通过对现有创业研究成果的回顾发现,目前,创业研究主要关注创业团队和创业机会,而从创业资源视角的研究较少。基于资源视角的创业研究既是创业研究的理论前沿问题,也是推动创业实践的现实需要。本文在理论回顾的基础上,以创业资源开发过程、创业周期及创业情境为三个维度构建了基于资源视角的创业研究框架。
通過對現有創業研究成果的迴顧髮現,目前,創業研究主要關註創業糰隊和創業機會,而從創業資源視角的研究較少。基于資源視角的創業研究既是創業研究的理論前沿問題,也是推動創業實踐的現實需要。本文在理論迴顧的基礎上,以創業資源開髮過程、創業週期及創業情境為三箇維度構建瞭基于資源視角的創業研究框架。

Through the entrepreneurial literature review, we find that most reseach pay attention to the view of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial opportunity, and entrepreneurial research based on resource view is not only the theory frontiers, but also the need of entrepreneurial practice. Based on the entrepreneurial literature review, this paper establishes the frame of entrepreneurial research based on resource from the demension of entrepreneurial resource developing process, entrepreneurial life cycle and entrepreneurial background.
