20世纪80年代以来，中国领导人邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛针对世界局势的发展变化，先后提出了“和平与发展是当今时代主题”、“应该推进国际关系民主化”和“构建和谐世界”等国际战略思想。三者思想虽表述不同，但具有本质的共性和逻辑上的有机关系。和平与发展是构建和谐世界的必要前提，和谐世界是和平与发展潮流的统一。和谐世界是国际关系民主化的必然选择，推进国际关系民主化是构建和谐世界的关键。
20세기80년대이래，중국령도인산소평、강택민、호금도침대세계국세적발전변화，선후제출료“화평여발전시당금시대주제”、“응해추진국제관계민주화”화“구건화해세계”등국제전략사상。삼자사상수표술불동，단구유본질적공성화라집상적유궤관계。화평여발전시구건화해세계적필요전제，화해세계시화평여발전조류적통일。화해세계시국제관계민주화적필연선택，추진국제관계민주화시구건화해세계적관건。
Since the 1980s the leaders of China like Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao have successively put forward such strategic notions as ＂peace and development are the themes of our age＂, ＂democratization of international relations should be promoted＂, and ＂ construting a harmonious world＂. Though these ideas are expressed in differentways, they are identical with each other in essence and compactly related in logic. Peace and development are the premises of constructing a harmonious world, which is a unity of the trend of peace and development. A harmonious world is the inevitable choice of democratization of international relations, and promoting democratization of international relations is the key to constructing a harmonious world.
