城郊农业具有四大优势和四大功能,不仅有利于实现农业产业化、生态化和现代化,还有利于城市经济建设和市民生活质量的保障。韶关城郊农业发展虽存在一些问题,但可通过强化政策与资金保障、坚持统筹规划、加强城郊生态建设、提高农民科技水平、发展“绿色食品”工程等措施,而增强韶关城郊农业的可持续发展能力。
성교농업구유사대우세화사대공능,불부유리우실현농업산업화、생태화화현대화,환유리우성시경제건설화시민생활질량적보장。소관성교농업발전수존재일사문제,단가통과강화정책여자금보장、견지통주규화、가강성교생태건설、제고농민과기수평、발전“록색식품”공정등조시,이증강소관성교농업적가지속발전능력。
The paper analyzed suburb agriculture from four advantages and functions.It has been thought that suburb agriculture is not only being advantageous to carrying out the agricultural industrializing,ecologicalizing and modernizing,but also to the city economy and citizenry living quality.On the base of analyzing existent problems of Shaoguan suburb agriculture development,the paper put forward countermeasures from five aspects to keep it develop sustainably：to strengthen the policy and funds guarantees,to insist the overall programming,to strengthen suburb ecosystem construction,to increase the farmer technology level and to develop“green food”engineering, etc.
