通过对“环境容量”和“允许排污总量”这两个概念的对比分析及深入理解,进行相应的数学推理演绎,得出环境容量及允许排污总量的计算公式,并结合实际数据,计算出孟洲坝的实际水环境容量;通过对环境容量最大值的演绎证明,得出排污点的最优设置方案为等距等量设置.
通過對“環境容量”和“允許排汙總量”這兩箇概唸的對比分析及深入理解,進行相應的數學推理縯繹,得齣環境容量及允許排汙總量的計算公式,併結閤實際數據,計算齣孟洲壩的實際水環境容量;通過對環境容量最大值的縯繹證明,得齣排汙點的最優設置方案為等距等量設置.
통과대“배경용량”화“윤허배오총량”저량개개념적대비분석급심입리해,진행상응적수학추리연역,득출배경용량급윤허배오총량적계산공식,병결합실제수거,계산출맹주패적실제수배경용량;통과대배경용량최대치적연역증명,득출배오점적최우설치방안위등거등량설치.
First,through the contrastive analysis of the conceptions of environmental capacity and the sum of allowing excluding pollution,and the deep comprehension,we can get the accounting formula of the environment capacity and the accounting formula of allowing excluding pollution.Besides,we combine the fact data together so that we can compute the real capacity of water environment of Mengzhou Dam.Second,through the deductive proving of the environmental capacity maximum and deducing the limitation conditions when it satisfies with the maximum,we can obtain that the optimum design proposal is equal distance and amount design.
