应用免疫组化SP法检测46例子宫内膜癌、22例子宫内膜不典型增生和19例正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF、COX-2与HIF-1α蛋白的表达情况.结果显示:VEGF、COX-2与HIF-1α在子宫内膜癌中表达升高,且随分级分期的升高而升高,三者在子宫内膜病变发生、发展中起促进作用;在子宫内膜组织中,COX-2和HIF-1α可能分别对VEGF起调控作用,有望成为内膜肿瘤抗血管治疗的有效靶标.

응용면역조화SP법검측46례자궁내막암、22례자궁내막불전형증생화19례정상자궁내막조직중VEGF、COX-2여HIF-1α단백적표체정황.결과현시:VEGF、COX-2여HIF-1α재자궁내막암중표체승고,차수분급분기적승고이승고,삼자재자궁내막병변발생、발전중기촉진작용;재자궁내막조직중,COX-2화HIF-1α가능분별대VEGF기조공작용,유망성위내막종류항혈관치료적유효파표.
Tissues from 46 EMC patients,22 cases with atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 19 cases with normal human endometrium as control were examined immunohistochemically for the VEGF,COX-2 and HIF-1αproteins.The results showed that the expression levels of VEGF,COX-2 and HIF-1αincreased in EMC,and they increased with the increase of tumor grade and FIGO stage,which showed the promotive function of the three factors during the process of endometrial pathological changes.COX-2 and HIF-1αmight regulate upon VEGF respectively in endometrium,and both might become the targets in anti-vessel therapy of endometrial neoplasms.
