新时期高师院校的发展面临“学术性”与“师范性”双重滞后、培养目标与时代发展的要求有所脱节、课程与教学存在明显滞后、教育教学与基础教育联系不够、“终缉陛”与“一体化”冲突等问题。要通过促进“学术性”与“师范性”的和谐统一,强化“学术性”基础之上的“师范性”,优化教学内容和课程体系,推进教师职前与职后教育的一体化来推动高师院校教师教育体系的创新和发展。
新時期高師院校的髮展麵臨“學術性”與“師範性”雙重滯後、培養目標與時代髮展的要求有所脫節、課程與教學存在明顯滯後、教育教學與基礎教育聯繫不夠、“終緝陛”與“一體化”遲突等問題。要通過促進“學術性”與“師範性”的和諧統一,彊化“學術性”基礎之上的“師範性”,優化教學內容和課程體繫,推進教師職前與職後教育的一體化來推動高師院校教師教育體繫的創新和髮展。

Many problems have arisen in development of higher teacher education in the new era. Its academic function, teacher-producing function, objective, and curriculum setup can not meet the needs of the times; its teaching content is not closely related with basic education; great conflict exists between its "finalization" and "integration". Only by reinforcing its teacher-producing function and meanwhile retaining its academic function, optimizing its teaching content and curriculum design and integrating pre-employment training and onthe-job education, can higher teacher education be innovated and developed.
