通过文献资料法、调查法、统计检验法对高水平男子散打运动员赛前8周力量训练方案进行研究。结论认为,前1~3周适当安排绝对力量训练,赛前第2周开始以快速力量、专项力量为主,每周3~6次,总时间15~18h,专项力量安排45min,强度为75%~85%。

With adoption of literature study,investigation and statistical analysis, this paper researched into eight week pre-match strength training of the high level Sanshou players. It was held that this training was efficent in arranging absolute strength trianing from the first to the third week. From the second week on, more speed strength training and event-related training were focused, with 3- 6 times, 15 to 18 hours' training a week. The event-related training was 45 minutes. The intensity was 75 % to 85 %.
