近年来,浙江民营企业掀起了“企业文化建设热”,但由于文化认知混乱、文化自觉缺乏、文化愿景模糊、制度建设滞后、文化领袖缺位等障碍的存在,企业文化建设绩效普遍较差。本文认为应通过企业家素质提升、企业文化认知澄清、企业文化愿蒂构建、文化机制创新等举措,突破浙江民营企业文化建设的各种困境。

근년래,절강민영기업흔기료“기업문화건설열”,단유우문화인지혼란、문화자각결핍、문화원경모호、제도건설체후、문화령수결위등장애적존재,기업문화건설적효보편교차。본문인위응통과기업가소질제승、기업문화인지징청、기업문화원체구건、문화궤제창신등거조,돌파절강민영기업문화건설적각충곤경。
Recent years have witnessed a "corporate-culture rush" in private enterprises of Zhejiang province. However, owing to the confusion in cultural cognition, the lack of cultural self-consciousness, the obscurity of cultural expectations, the stagnancy of institutions, and the absence of cultural elites, the cultural projects in most of these enterprises have proved poor in performance. The present paper argues that breakthroughs lie in the improvement of entrepreneurs' personal quality, the clarification of corporate-culture cognition, the scheme of corporateculture expectations, and the innovation in the cultural mechanism.
