成文法存在着一定的局限性，其中包括：不合目的性、不周延性、模糊性、滞后性等。这些局限性是以语言作为成文法载体而产生的内在的无法靠自身力量完全克服的法律障碍。成文法的局限性之根源在于法律承载着人的多元的价值追求。多元法律价值选择之间存在着冲突，成文法的局限与这种冲突直接相关。
成文法存在著一定的跼限性，其中包括：不閤目的性、不週延性、模糊性、滯後性等。這些跼限性是以語言作為成文法載體而產生的內在的無法靠自身力量完全剋服的法律障礙。成文法的跼限性之根源在于法律承載著人的多元的價值追求。多元法律價值選擇之間存在著遲突，成文法的跼限與這種遲突直接相關。
성문법존재착일정적국한성，기중포괄：불합목적성、불주연성、모호성、체후성등。저사국한성시이어언작위성문법재체이산생적내재적무법고자신역량완전극복적법률장애。성문법적국한성지근원재우법률승재착인적다원적개치추구。다원법률개치선택지간존재착충돌，성문법적국한여저충충돌직접상관。
Statute law has some limitations, including being unsuitable to purpose, incompletion, obscurity, posteriority and so on. ＇Ihese limitations are inner legal obstacles which can not be overcomed by its own power for the statue law takes written language as its cartier. The root cause of statute law ＇ s limitations is that law supports people＇s multiple value pursuances. While the choice of these law values gives rise to conflicts which are directly relevant to the limitations of statute law. With regard to criminal legal activities, the criminal directionary power performes a significant function to conquer the statute law＇s limitation.
