中国女排在08年北京奥运会上，被国人寄予厚望，东道主的优势在舆论界宣传上，无形中被放大了许多倍，笔者研究认为目前中国女排的人员配备方面还处于摸索试验阶段，谈不上具有明显的技战术优势。坚持中国女排传统打法和以往成功的套路，作为主教练显然是不愿意轻易改变的，一方面大胆地锻炼新人、试用新的阵容组合，另一方面积极治疗伤病、恢复老队员的竞技状态，两个方面同等重要。本文就中国女排人员配备的结构，提出一些看法供专家学者共同探讨研究。

the china woman volleyball team is hoped to reach higher level in 08 Olympic Games by chinese people , so many people think that the advantage of holder situation will act heavily, but the writter think that , now, the team structure is not so perfect , not so obvious advantage in technology and tactics ,it needs to get better, the china team coach would not like to change the primary way easily ;on the one hand, some new players will be used to be new lineup , on the other hand , the injured players will be treated actively , the old players competitive state will come back. this two aspect are import equally, the writer put forward new idea about the team structure for some expert search.
