Through making analysis on literature review, this paper thought that amending contents of physical culture and sports law in our country are widened,so we should pay attention to the cost. Meanwhile,on account of the primary phase of our sport business,amending sport law has better development according to the direction of promoting form of leglslation,and strengthens the link between amending sport law with sorting out and abolishing the law.
