目的:揭示湖北省成、老年人参加体育锻炼情况及其与体质状况和BMI的相互关系。方法:研究对象为湖北省16个地市的20-69岁成、老年人,共计38760人,采用SPSS统计软件,对身体质量指数BMI及体质总体水平与锻炼率进行相关分析。结果:湖北省成、老年人体质不合格率主要集中在肥胖和体重过轻群体。男性20-24岁、25-29岁及女性20-24岁出现体质达标率的低谷;总体锻炼率男性大于女性,其中,男性锻炼率低谷在40-44岁、锻炼率高峰在20-24岁和60-64岁,女性锻炼率低谷在35-39岁、锻炼率高峰在45-49岁。参加锻炼人群BMI大于不锻炼人群。结论:20-24岁男、女及男性40-44岁、女性35-39岁人群应作为体育锻炼干预措施实施的重点对象,BMI较低人群参加锻炼情况不容乐观。

목적:게시호북성성、노년인삼가체육단련정황급기여체질상황화BMI적상호관계。방법:연구대상위호북성16개지시적20-69세성、노년인,공계38760인,채용SPSS통계연건,대신체질량지수BMI급체질총체수평여단련솔진행상관분석。결과:호북성성、노년인체질불합격솔주요집중재비반화체중과경군체。남성20-24세、25-29세급녀성20-24세출현체질체표솔적저곡;총체단련솔남성대우녀성,기중,남성단련솔저곡재40-44세、단련솔고봉재20-24세화60-64세,녀성단련솔저곡재35-39세、단련솔고봉재45-49세。삼가단련인군BMI대우불단련인군。결론:20-24세남、녀급남성40-44세、녀성35-39세인군응작위체육단련간예조시실시적중점대상,BMI교저인군삼가단련정황불용악관。
This paper makes comparative analysis on physical exercise condition of adult and elder people as well as the relation between fitness condition and BMI. The main purpose is to provide theoretical basis for concerning department to make relevant policy for mass sports. 38760 adult and elder people aged at 20 - 69 from 16 regions of Hubei province are as research subjects. Through using the SPSS statistical software,the correlation between BMI and exercise frequency was analyzed. The result shows that the coefficient of physical fitness fail is more in corpulence and wastage,the coefficient of physical fitness fail is top in the youth at 20-25 year,The male coefficient of training is lowest at 40 year,The female coefficient of training is lowest at 35 year. The BMI is bigger of the people who join in taking exercise than the people who doesn't join in taking exercise. It suggests that research subjects are the youth at 20-25 year,and the adult at 40 year and the women at 35 year.
