目的:探讨永磁旋转磁场对人体剧烈运动后恢复期血乳酸消除速度以及肌肉抗疲劳和无氧运动能力的影响。方法:14名男性健康志愿者,分别完成3次Wingate无氧功率负荷试验,30min恢复期内分别在有磁(实验组)与无磁(对照组)干预条件下保持静态休息。检测恢复期血乳酸浓度、Wingate无氧功率和股外肌表面肌电平均功率频率下降率的恢复。结果:双因素方差分析表明,磁处理和恢复时间对恢复期血乳酸浓度变化的主效应具有明显统计学意义(磁处理因素F=8.34,P=0.005;恢复期时间因素F=16.05,P=0.000);t检验结果表明,恢复期实验组(0.40±0.10)和对照组(0.32±0.13)血乳酸消除率具有明显统计学差异(t=2.95,P=0.011);但两组受试者Wingate无氧功率测试的评价参数PP、MP和△P和恢复期30min后Wingate无氧功率试验过程中股外肌表面肌电平均功率频率下降率均无明显统计学差异。结论:永磁旋转磁场能够明显加快剧烈运动后血乳酸消除速度,但对于以股外肌表面肌电平均功率频率下降斜率表示的肌肉抗疲劳能力以及以PP、MP和△P表示的机体无氧运动能力的恢复却无显著作用。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of whole-body permanent rotating magnetic fields (PRMF) on the removal of blood lactate and anaerobic working performance after high intensity intermittent Wingate anaerobic power exercise. Fourteen healthy male young volunteers were assigned to this study. High intensity intermittent Wingate anaerobic power exercise was consisted of 30 seconds maximal effort cycling ergometer exercise repeated 3 times with 2 minutes rest. After 30 minuets recovery, subjects performed the same exercise. During 30 minutes recovery, the subjects were randomly assigned to PRMF (Ex.) or shame (Con.) by lying on a bed-like instrument. The result shows that there was significant difference of removal rate (Ex. 0. 40±0. 10; Con. 0. 32 ±0. 13)of blood lactate between two groups. However, there were no significant differences in peak power, mean power, peak power decline and slopes of MPF between the two groups. It concludes that PRMF after high intensity intermittent Wingate anaerobic power exercise can promote the removal of blood lactate and has not effects of the anaerobic working performance.
