盟员企业的评价与选择是构建虚拟企业并使其成功运行的前提。本文基于虚拟企业理财目标，通过虚拟企业核心能力识别以及不同组合虚拟企业价值计算，进行盟员企业的选择及最优盟员企业组合的确定，从而构建起以虚拟企业理财目标为导向的盟员企业评价体系和选择标准，以达到资源的最优配置和组建的虚拟企业价值最大。

Evaluation and selection of leaguer enterprises are the preconditions of virtual enterprises＇operation. Based on the financing objective of virtual enterprises, this paper identifies the core competences, calculates the different combination values of virtual enterprises and determines the optimal combination of leaguer enterprises. The main contributions of this paper are the designing of a system for leaguer enterprises evaluation and selection based on the financing objective of virtual enterprises and to maximize the value of virtual enterprises.
