为了使UV光油的性能满足印后加工的要求，设计了不同的UV光油配方，进行了单体、预聚物、引发剂等对UV光油的柔韧性及其他性能影响的研究。通过实验对原材料的选择及理论分析，得到了制备UV光油的最佳主要原材料，并对研制的UV光油的主要性能进行了测试。结果表明：所研制的UV光油具有良好的柔韧性及综合性能。

In order to satisfy the demand of the post-process on the properties of UV curable varnish, different formulations of UV curable varnish were designed; and the effects of the main ingredients, such as monomer, pre-polymer and photo-initiator, on the flexibility of an UV curable varnish and other properties were studied. After selecting main materials and theoretical analyzing, the best raw materials, from which a prepared UV curable varnish was obtained, and the main performances of the UV curable varnish were tested. Investigation indicated that the UV curable varnish had flexible and overall performance.
