党的执政合法性资源是党执政的合法性得以维持的条件，旧的合法性资源流失以后，我们党迫切需要开发新的执政合法性资源。党的十六大以来，胡锦涛同志从坚持发展这个党执政兴国的第一要务、坚持执政为民、建立新的惩治和预防腐败体系、推进党的执政能力建设、开展保持党员先进性教育以及构建社会主义和谐社会等方面对党的执政合法性资源进行了开发，为党的执政合法性的维持补充开发了新的资源。
黨的執政閤法性資源是黨執政的閤法性得以維持的條件，舊的閤法性資源流失以後，我們黨迫切需要開髮新的執政閤法性資源。黨的十六大以來，鬍錦濤同誌從堅持髮展這箇黨執政興國的第一要務、堅持執政為民、建立新的懲治和預防腐敗體繫、推進黨的執政能力建設、開展保持黨員先進性教育以及構建社會主義和諧社會等方麵對黨的執政閤法性資源進行瞭開髮，為黨的執政閤法性的維持補充開髮瞭新的資源。
당적집정합법성자원시당집정적합법성득이유지적조건，구적합법성자원류실이후，아문당박절수요개발신적집정합법성자원。당적십륙대이래，호금도동지종견지발전저개당집정흥국적제일요무、견지집정위민、건립신적징치화예방부패체계、추진당적집정능력건설、개전보지당원선진성교육이급구건사회주의화해사회등방면대당적집정합법성자원진행료개발，위당적집정합법성적유지보충개발료신적자원。
The resources for the Party＇s ruling legitimacy are the guarantee of the Party＇s ruling legitimacy. After the loss of the old legitimate resources, it is urgent to exploit new resources for the Party＇ s ruling legitimacy. Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Hu Jintao has exploited new resources for the Party＇s ruling legitimacy via measures such as adhering to the foremost principle of invigorating the country by the Party＇ s governance, exercising the state power in the interest of the people, establishing new anti - corruption system, promoting the Party＇ s governing capability, starting the education campaign to preserve the advanced nature of Party Members, and building a harmonious socialist society.
