By contrasting, analyzing the similarities and differences between the teachers＇ imformation technique training and the enterprise staffs＇ skill training, this thesis points out that using the successful experience of enterprise staffs＇ skill training PDCA for reference to improve the training quality of the teachers＇ imformation technique and drive the development of education informationlization completely.
