以湖北省3~6岁幼儿(10989人)为研究对象,通过调查幼儿出生时胎龄、出生后4个月内喂养方式情况,结合幼儿体质测试结果,分析胎龄、喂养方式与幼儿体质水平的关系,以期为指导科学育儿提供依据。结果表明,不同胎龄、不同喂养方式的幼儿中,部分身体形态、素质指标测试值存在差异;未发现胎龄、喂养方式因素对幼儿安静时心率指标存在影响。相关分析结果显示,幼儿出生时胎龄因素与出生时身高、出生时体重、网球掷远、走平衡木方式指标高度相关(P〈0.01);幼儿出生后4个月内喂养方式因素与走平衡木方式、10m折返跑、两脚连续跳时间测试结果以及本次体质状况总体评价结果存在高度相关(P〈0.01)。

The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship between the gestation period, feeding practices and the level of infants ' constitution in terms of investigation of gestation period and feeding practices during the first four months after the infants were born by using 10989 infants of Hubei Province of 3-6 years old as the research object in order to provide some scientific reference for raising infants. The result shows that gestation period as well as feeding practices place influences on the infants' fitness in some way. Some differences exist in the testing values of shape of body and fitness. Meanwhile, the research does not indicate that factors of gestation period and feeding practices have an impact on the heart rates of infants when they are in the state of silence. Moreover, it demonstrates that one hand gestation period has a closely connection with born height, inherent weight, tennis tossing as well as the way walking across the balance beam (P〈0.01); on the other hand the feeding practices during the first four months after the infants were born have a lot to do with the way they walk across the balance beam, 10-metre shuttle run, the constantly double feet jump and the general evaluation of the result of the fitness testing (P〈0.01).
