Based on analysis of considerable data, this paper expounded the status quo of scientific and technological input in China, from three as pects as the total input of scientific and technological, the sources of funding and the structure of scientific and technological input. Then, compari son was be made with the state of scientific and technological input in other countries. Finally draw some relevant inspiration.
