以对羟基苯甲酸和氯化苄等为原料,以十六烷基溴化铵为相转移催化剂合成对羟基苯甲酸苄酯。通过实验考察了催化剂用量及物料配比等因素对酯化反应的影响。结果表明:微波辐射功率350W,辐射时间3min,n(对羟基苯甲酸):n(氯化苄)=1:2,n(正十六烷基三甲基溴化铵):n(对羟基苯甲酸):0.025,产率可达96.7%。
以對羥基苯甲痠和氯化芐等為原料,以十六烷基溴化銨為相轉移催化劑閤成對羥基苯甲痠芐酯。通過實驗攷察瞭催化劑用量及物料配比等因素對酯化反應的影響。結果錶明:微波輻射功率350W,輻射時間3min,n(對羥基苯甲痠):n(氯化芐)=1:2,n(正十六烷基三甲基溴化銨):n(對羥基苯甲痠):0.025,產率可達96.7%。

Benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate is directly synthesized by 4-hydroxybenzoate and benzyl chloride under microwave Irrad- Iation and In presence of phase transfer catalyst In alcohol, experimental results show that n(to the hydroxyl benzoic acid)/n (chlorinebenzyl) = 1 .-2, n(CTMAB)/n( 4-hydroxy benzoic acid)= 0. 025, microwave radiation power is for 350W, irradiation time is 3 min, and the yield of the ester is 96.7% respectively.
