The government guarantees play a very important role to ensure the successful operation of the project. In this paper, some relatively important government guarantees have been presented, and these guarantee＇s scope of application have been defined clearly. The advantages and disadvantages that these guarantees might bring both to the government and the project company have also been discussed.
