为考察组织政治知觉是否会通过心理契约违背的中介作用影响到员工犬儒主义态度,对组织政治知觉、心理契约、犬儒主义相关概念进行逻辑辨析,并提出4项研究假设。以20个组织为研究样本,收集556份有效问卷,通过验证性因子分析、相关分析、回归分析、结构方程模型分析对模型进行比选,对假设进行验证。研究结果表明,组织政治知觉与员工犬儒主义成正相关关系,心理契约违背在两者之间起到部分中介作用。

Concerned conceptions, organizational political perceptions, psychological contract and cynicism, were analyzed and four hypotheses were given to investigate whether the cynical attitude of employee is affected by organizational political perception through mediated role in psychological contract violation. Taking 20 organizations as a sample, 566 valid questionnaires were collected. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were carried out to select the model and test the hypotheses. The results indicate that perceptions of organizational politics are related positively to the employee cynicism and the psychological contract violation partially play the mediated role.
