能源利用的综合评价是衡量能源是否有效利用的重要研究方向。将生命周期评价方法沿空间方向横向拓展,得出全方位评价体系,并以此对火力发电及作为火力发电的替代方案的分布式能源站进行了分析。分析结果表明由于采用了能源的阶梯式利用,分布式能源站无论在节约资源、减少环境污染排放还是经济利益上都优胜于火力发电。

The comprehensive evaluation of energy utilization is a key research direction for weighing effective use of energy. Life Cycle Assessment is extended in horizontal direction for a better assessment system, which is named as Global Cycle Assessment in this paper. From the view of Global Cycle Assessment, this paper analyzed the fine power and its substitute, the distributive power station. The result shows that the way of step-style energy utilization and the distributive power station is better than the firepower both in saving resources and reducing environment pollution exhaust, and in economic benefit.
