文章探讨了发展经济学家关于人的思想观念影响经济增长和经济发展的一般机制和路径，诠释了农民典型落后思想导致农户家庭贫困的具体机制和路径，并通过对中国反贫困历程的反思，得出“贫困者自身落后的思想素质乃贫困之总根源”的结论，提出“思想反贫困”的政策建议。
文章探討瞭髮展經濟學傢關于人的思想觀唸影響經濟增長和經濟髮展的一般機製和路徑，詮釋瞭農民典型落後思想導緻農戶傢庭貧睏的具體機製和路徑，併通過對中國反貧睏歷程的反思，得齣“貧睏者自身落後的思想素質迺貧睏之總根源”的結論，提齣“思想反貧睏”的政策建議。

This paper discussed the general mechanism and route from the development economists about how the ideological conception influences the economic growth and economic development. This paper also explained the concrete mechanism and route that the backward thoughts caused the poverty of farmers. From the reflection of China＇s anti-poverty process, this paper concluded that the poor＇s backward self-thought quality is the root of poverty and put forward the policy suggestions on how ＂the thought opposes poverty＂.
