目前我国对散打规则的研究远远落后于散打运动发展现状。通过对规则的作用和目前散打发展现状的研究，认为散打运动规则根据社会需要至少分成四类：竞技散打规则、商业散打规则、普及散打规则和实用散打规则。应根据各自的特殊性制定各自独立又相互联系的比赛规则。

The study of Sanda rule can not keep up with the developing of the Sanda games. Through studying the relationship between the rule and the development of the Sanda, we believe that the rule of Sanda should be divided into more than four categories, including the sports contest rule, the commercial contest rule, the spreading contest rule, and the practicable contest rule. Those rules, which are connected each other, should be formulated according to different purposes.
