运用跟队监测、评价、反馈等方法,对国家女子网球队冬训备战过程进行实时监控,以期进一步提高备战选手的竞技水平,探索职业网球训练规律,为我国网球项目实施科学训练提供较为充分的实践和理论依据。结果表明:初步构建的生理生化检测指标体系和专项素质测试指标体系,能客观地反映网球运动员身体机能状况和专项素质水平;冬训体能训练配合营养补充是有成效的,主要备战选手身体素质和机能水平都有不同程度的提高,但力量素质尤其是下肢爆发力对比世界优秀女网选手仍有较大差距,她们在体能方面还有很大的提升空间;与过去相比冬训备战加大了体能训练的比重,缩短了每次的训练时间,提高了训练的负荷强度,使训练的针对性和实战性更强、训练效果更突出。
運用跟隊鑑測、評價、反饋等方法,對國傢女子網毬隊鼕訓備戰過程進行實時鑑控,以期進一步提高備戰選手的競技水平,探索職業網毬訓練規律,為我國網毬項目實施科學訓練提供較為充分的實踐和理論依據。結果錶明:初步構建的生理生化檢測指標體繫和專項素質測試指標體繫,能客觀地反映網毬運動員身體機能狀況和專項素質水平;鼕訓體能訓練配閤營養補充是有成效的,主要備戰選手身體素質和機能水平都有不同程度的提高,但力量素質尤其是下肢爆髮力對比世界優秀女網選手仍有較大差距,她們在體能方麵還有很大的提升空間;與過去相比鼕訓備戰加大瞭體能訓練的比重,縮短瞭每次的訓練時間,提高瞭訓練的負荷彊度,使訓練的針對性和實戰性更彊、訓練效果更突齣。

By adopting such methods as on - the - team monitoring, evaluating and gathering feedbacks, the thesis writers conduct an all - time supervision on the winter training of the national Women's Tennis Team in its preparation process in the hope of further improving preparatory players'competitive levels, exploring the training regularities for professional tennis training and providing sufficient practical and theoretical bases for implementing scientific tennis training in China. Research findings indicate : the initially constructed bio - physical and bio - chemical testing index system and stamina index system can objectively reflect the stamina condition and professional quality level of the tennis player; it is effective to combine winter stamina training with nutrition supplement; the physical quality and stamina level of the major players prepared against competition have been improved by different degrees; however there still exists a great gap between their strength quality especially the eruptive force of their legs and that of world excellent women tennis players , which means their stamina allows a great room of improvement; compared with previous winter training prepared against competition the stamina training has been increased, the training duration for each period of class has been sheltered and the load intensity for each period of class has been increased, making the training more purposeful, practical and effective.
