法学专业技能教育一直被法学教育者所关注。目前,法学专业课程体系和实习教学不仅没有实现技能教育目的,而且也未完成法学专业培养方案所设定的目标,一个重要的事实是课程体系和培养目标相脱节,实习教学和社会需要相脱节。因此,只有建立案例分析实验室,将法学专业的技能教育列入必修课程,使学生从教室走进实验室,改变单纯的理论学习现状,才能实现法学教育过程中知识传授和技能训练的双重目的。
法學專業技能教育一直被法學教育者所關註。目前,法學專業課程體繫和實習教學不僅沒有實現技能教育目的,而且也未完成法學專業培養方案所設定的目標,一箇重要的事實是課程體繫和培養目標相脫節,實習教學和社會需要相脫節。因此,隻有建立案例分析實驗室,將法學專業的技能教育列入必脩課程,使學生從教室走進實驗室,改變單純的理論學習現狀,纔能實現法學教育過程中知識傳授和技能訓練的雙重目的。

Law professional skills education has been of concern to law education. At present, the law and practice of professional courses teaching skills did not achieve the purpose of education and complete Jurists professional training programmes set by the goals An important fact is that curriculum system is separated from the objective of fostering ; training and teaching is separated from the needs of the society. Therefore, only by establishing case analysis laboratories, including law professional skills in compulsory education, encouraging students into the lab, simply changing the theoretical study of the status quo,can law education be achieved in the process of imparting knowledge and skills training dual purpose .
