近来通过对深圳、珠海两市483所幼儿园进行问卷调查发现：当前幼儿园教师流动性比较大，幼儿园希望学前教育专业的课程更加具有应用性，希望教师具备完成日常教育教学工作的技能。园长希望教师尊重幼儿，制订适合幼儿的教学计划并进行灵活调整，在教学活动中能够充分发挥幼儿学习的主动性。
近來通過對深圳、珠海兩市483所幼兒園進行問捲調查髮現：噹前幼兒園教師流動性比較大，幼兒園希望學前教育專業的課程更加具有應用性，希望教師具備完成日常教育教學工作的技能。園長希望教師尊重幼兒，製訂適閤幼兒的教學計劃併進行靈活調整，在教學活動中能夠充分髮揮幼兒學習的主動性。
근래통과대심수、주해량시483소유인완진행문권조사발현：당전유인완교사류동성비교대，유인완희망학전교육전업적과정경가구유응용성，희망교사구비완성일상교육교학공작적기능。완장희망교사존중유인，제정괄합유인적교학계화병진행령활조정，재교학활동중능구충분발휘유인학습적주동성。
It is founded from the questionnaires on 483 kindergartens in Shenzhen and Zhuhai that there exists a strong instability in the kindergarteners＇ occupation nowadays. Kindergartens wish the preschool education curriculum to be more applicable and the teachers master the abilities to accomplish daily teaching work. Kindergarten principals want teachers to respect the kids, to make up suitable teaching plans which could be flexibly adjusted with the conditions, and to encourage the learning initiative of the children during the learning process.
