本研究考虑到科研人员以团队开展工作的特点，对10项与团队和个人相关的需求因素的吸引力进行了调查。调查对象选取了中国科学院在京5个研究所的部分科研人员，并分不同性别、年龄段、职称分析了调查结果，得出了科研团队成员的需求特征，并提出了相应建议。
本研究攷慮到科研人員以糰隊開展工作的特點，對10項與糰隊和箇人相關的需求因素的吸引力進行瞭調查。調查對象選取瞭中國科學院在京5箇研究所的部分科研人員，併分不同性彆、年齡段、職稱分析瞭調查結果，得齣瞭科研糰隊成員的需求特徵，併提齣瞭相應建議。
본연구고필도과연인원이단대개전공작적특점，대10항여단대화개인상관적수구인소적흡인력진행료조사。조사대상선취료중국과학원재경5개연구소적부분과연인원，병분불동성별、년령단、직칭분석료조사결과，득출료과연단대성원적수구특정，병제출료상응건의。
Considering the trait of team - based work for scientific research personals, the attraction of 10 need factors of Scientific Research Team （SRT） members for both team and member was investigated. A sample of 181 SRT members was selected from five institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing area. The collected data were analyzed on the basis of gender, age, and professional rank respectively. The characteristics of the needs are concluded and corresponding suggestions improving motivation are put forward.
