According to the national codes, the settlement of the rigid pile combination foundation can be calculated by the method of the sum layered settlement. The calculation method is very popular in most projects. But this method also needs to be modified. This article analyzes the conditions of the settlement calculation method with some projects examples, which is very helpful for the project data collection and modification of the national codes.
